Welcome to Spotly. These Terms of Service govern your use of our restaurant management platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Description of Services
Spotly provides a restaurant management platform that includes digital menu management, order processing, kitchen display systems, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the operation of our platform. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Spotly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms which should survive termination shall survive.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Armenia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
